7:00AM - 8:00AM Set Up
Table holders are able to get their tables set up with their merch and other goods.
8:00AM - 9:00AM VIP Access
The 100 VIP ticket holders and event volunteers are able to get early access.
9:00AM - 4:00PM General Admission
The flood gates open, and general admission is allowed in.
4:00PM - 5:00PM VIP Access
The last hour is allocated to VIP access to finish the day.
5:00PM - 9:00PM Dinner & Awards Ceremony
Time to relax! Let the table holders mill around and interact with each other more. Followed with the awards ceremony and a catered dinner.
9:00PM - 10:00PM CLEAN UP
The event is done, you don't have to go home, but you can't stay here.
